Credentialing standards

What the network verifies

  • Documented experience in the selected service categories
  • Current credentials, licenses, or certifications where applicable
  • Business registration and W-9

  • References and background-check authorization
  • Completion of Provider certification in the Academy

Participation

Onboarding and platform participation

Provider participation covers credentialing, certification, and access to the national platform. It is not a purchase of work. Assignments are approved case by case against an accepted scope of work.

Onboarding, certification, and platform participation costs are current founding amounts, are shared during review, and apply only after conditional approval and an executed agreement. They do not purchase territory, contracts, leads, customers, income, or guaranteed work. Participation costs are not the revenue engine of the network; approved, documented service delivery is.

Payment standard

Paid on accepted deliverables.

Every payment is connected to an approved service, a written scope of work, a completed and accepted deliverable, an invoice, and administrative approval.

Volume of work is never guaranteed. Providers are independent parties, are not employees, and cannot bind Workforce America. No compensation is paid for student enrollment, admissions, financial aid, scholarships, VA education benefits, Title IV activity, or job-placement commissions.
