Compliance

Standards that make the network trustworthy.

Employers, workforce boards, schools, and public agencies need certainty about how this network operates. These standards apply to every participant, in every market, without exception.

Service-based compensation

Every compensation record must be connected to an approved service, a written scope of work, a completed and accepted deliverable, an invoice or payment record, and administrative approval.

No enrollment commissions

Workforce America never calculates, offers, advertises, or pays compensation based on student enrollment, admissions decisions, financial-aid eligibility or awards, scholarships, VA education benefits, or Title IV activity.

No guaranteed income

No participant is promised or guaranteed income. Any financial example published by Workforce America is illustrative only. Actual results vary. Income is not guaranteed.

No guaranteed contracts or funding

Government contracts, community contracts, sponsorships, and grant funding are never guaranteed to any participant.

No guaranteed job placement

Placement-support services are documented services. Employment outcomes are never guaranteed to any employer, candidate, or participant.

Not a franchise

Workforce Embassy is not a franchise and is not offered as a franchise. Territory or market protection is never implied and applies only when expressly granted in an executed agreement.

Approval-based appointments

Market appointments require application, review, interview, compliance review, an executed agreement, required payment where applicable, certification, and administrative activation. Payment alone never activates an account.

Authority limitations

Ambassadors and Affiliates are not employees of Workforce America and may not represent themselves as employees or as authorized contract signers.

Credential and performance review

Credentials, insurance, licenses, and documents are tracked with expiration alerts. Performance is measured through scorecards, and appointments may be suspended or terminated for nonperformance or misconduct.

Approval of public materials

All public profiles, events, services, and marketing materials require approval before publication.

Reporting a concern

Complaints and brand violations

Anyone may report a compliance concern, misrepresentation, or brand violation. Reports are acknowledged, assigned, reviewed, and resolved through a documented process that may include corrective action, suspension, or termination.

Illustrative only. Actual results vary. Income is not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of approval, or a grant of territory.
