Relationship layer

An appointed relationship role inside the national system.

Ambassadors work horizontally across the network, originating trusted introductions and partnerships with employers, cities, workforce boards, chambers, schools, housing authorities, associations, foundations, sponsors, and community partners.

Responsibilities

What an Ambassador does

  • Introduce Workforce America to employers and decision-makers
  • Develop sponsor and community relationships
  • Connect schools, chambers, workforce boards, cities, and nonprofits
  • Support approved events and workforce campaigns
  • Identify qualified Operator and Provider Network candidates
  • Track introductions, contacts, and partnership stages in a lightweight relationship record
  • Protect the Workforce America brand and follow brand standards

Appointment structure

90-day provisional appointment

  • An appointed relationship role, not a market assignment or a tier in an income hierarchy
  • No market ownership and no territory
  • No authority to bind or sign contracts for Workforce America
  • Ambassadors are not employees of Workforce America
  • Continued appointment is based on documented performance
  • May later apply to become an Operator

Approved paid opportunities

How an Ambassador can be compensated

Ambassadors may receive fixed compensation for approved projects and documented deliverables — for example, supporting an approved hiring event, coordinating a community workforce campaign, or delivering a defined project scope assigned by an administrator.

  • An approved project with a written scope of work
  • A fixed, pre-approved fee — never a percentage of enrollment activity
  • Documented deliverables accepted by the customer or an administrator
  • An invoice and administrative approval before payment is released

Illustrative only. Actual results vary. Income is not guaranteed. Ambassadors are never compensated for student enrollment, admissions decisions, financial-aid eligibility or awards, scholarships, VA education benefits, Title IV activity, or guaranteed job placement. Ambassadors do not own or control territory and cannot represent themselves as employees or authorized contract signers.

Pathway

From Ambassador to Operator

Ambassadors who demonstrate documented performance during the provisional period may apply for an Operator market. Approval is a separate process with its own review, agreement, certification, and activation requirements, and is not guaranteed.
